Abu Dhabi Government Portal TAMM

Overview

The Abu Dhabi Government Portal TAMM is a unified platform designed to streamline and digitize government services for citizens, residents, and businesses in Abu Dhabi. TAMM aims to provide a seamless, user-friendly experience by integrating various government services into a single digital ecosystem.

My Role

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, I was responsible for:

  • Ideating and designing digital government services.

  • Conducting user research to inform design decisions.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including global designers from Xische, Accenture, and PWC.

  • Designing services for both TAMM 1.0 and TAMM 2.0.

  • Delivering end-to-end design solutions, from research to final designs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Research and Analysis

    • Conducted user interviews and surveys to understand the needs of citizens and businesses.

    • Analyzed data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

    • Studied existing government service workflows to create efficient digital alternatives.

  2. Ideation and Wireframing

    • Brainstormed innovative solutions to address user pain points.

    • Created low-fidelity wireframes to outline user journeys.

    • Collaborated with stakeholders to validate initial concepts.

  3. High-Fidelity Design and Prototyping

    • Developed high-fidelity designs aligned with Abu Dhabi's branding and accessibility standards.

    • Used tools like Figma and Adobe XD to create interactive prototypes.

    • Conducted usability testing to refine designs.

  4. Collaboration

    • Worked closely with global teams from Xische, Accenture, and PWC.

    • Participated in design sprints to align on project goals and milestones.

    • Provided design assets and specifications to developers for implementation.
