Overview
The Abu Dhabi Government Portal TAMM is a unified platform designed to streamline and digitize government services for citizens, residents, and businesses in Abu Dhabi. TAMM aims to provide a seamless, user-friendly experience by integrating various government services into a single digital ecosystem.
My Role
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, I was responsible for:
Ideating and designing digital government services.
Conducting user research to inform design decisions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including global designers from Xische, Accenture, and PWC.
Designing services for both TAMM 1.0 and TAMM 2.0.
Delivering end-to-end design solutions, from research to final designs.

Studied existing government service workflows to create efficient digital alternatives.
Ideation and Wireframing
